Socially distanced runners after Ann Bunce memorial 5k in 2020
The Ann Bunce Memorial Race is being planned. The Ann Bunce 5k course is around beautiful Granite Lake in Nelson/Munsonville, NH This year’s date is yet to be announced.
Also, we are looking at having a MRM Potluck picnic. this would be a great way meet new members and see each other again!
We will post other local races on the MRM website and in our eNews as soon as possible.
Ice Box Runs Start in January!
Ice Box Runs will occur every other Saturday starting in January in the Monadnock Region! Each run starts near a coffee shop/eatery. These are NOT races. These runs are more low key than the Chillers. No timing, no course set up, no registration. Just friends getting together to run.
Below is the schedule for the Ice Box Runs. Each “starts” at 9:00 AM.
Jan 2 Green Grocer, Peterborough, Old Dublin/Elm/Union loop
Jan 16 Identity Coffee, Rindge, Cathedral/Shawhill/old New Ipswich loop
Jan 30 Aesop’s Table, Peterborough, High/Summer loop
Feb 13 Union Coffee, Milford, N. River road out and back
Feb 27 Parker House Coffee, Peterborough Spring Fling loop
Mar 13 Bagel Mill, Peterborough, Upland Farm/Old Sharon road loop
From Sean Radcliffe: These runs are not sponsored or administered by the MRM club. Please run safely and responsibly (socially distance practices) as necessary. I will post the course for each Ice Box Run in the MRM race calendar similar to the Chiller races.
Ann Bunce memorial race Donation to Alzheimers Association
Use the link below to make an online donation to Alzheimer’s Association for the Ann Bunce virtual memorial race. All runners/walkers are encouraged to participate between days November 1st through November 7th.
All proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer's Association MASS/NH.

Suggested donation $20.
Donations will be matched dollar for dollar if received by October 31st.
