Running and COVID-19

COVID-19 is affecting the entire world. Keep in mind that running and exercise can keep you healthy and may better protect you against the virus. According to CDC this is especially important for older people (here).

Feeling stress and anxiety? Running can help. The CDC states exercise (like running) helps us better deal with stress and anxiety (here).
