WNT continues to meet weekly at the ConVal parking lot. I’ve been getting a lot of questions re: the set up of the evening and what one can expect if they attend, so here it goes! We start with a group warm up that is approximately 1 Mile in length, off the track. From there we transition to our workout that has modifications up or down depending on your fitness level and goals. And then it culminates with a short cool down loop and some parking lot chatter. The conversation spills over to Harlow’s where many members skip cooking for the night and enjoy dinner amongst friends!
