Welcome to the first of our quarterly running educational series happening at Elevation PT on Tuesday, April 23rd at 6:30pm. Ahead of the upcoming Wednesday Night track workouts, club president's Mike Smith and Becka Lyons will discuss the benefits of including track workouts into your weekly run training. Whether you're simply looking to take your running to the next level, go after some PRs or even looking to run a marathon, there are benefits beyond simply running faster times. They will also delve into the fundamentals of the types of training that will help you get more out of your everyday running and answer everyday training questions along with discussing the purpose of speedwork.
