There will be an informal fun run from ConVal High School on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov 24 th , at 10:00 starting and ending at the ConVal High School parking lot.  The course is on Southfield Rd, the bike trail, and the Hunt Road loop.

Start on your own or with friends and family and run, jog or walk the course. Come and run anytime from 10:00 on. An informal group start will go off at 10:00 for those wishing to do so. Join family or friends to head off to do the loop at your own pace.

Give thanks on Thanksgiving by bringing a non-perishable item for the local food bank. Runners are advised to wear appropriate shoes, bright apparel and be aware of traffic. Be sure to sign the waiver when you arrive and note that you run at your own risk.

Icespike will be raffling several prizes, so get your name in the jar under the Icespike banner before you head out.  Coffee and bagels will be available when you get back to the school.
