The Full Moon Fever run is a 5 mile (4.94 mile) run where the goal is to be the first contestant across the finish line after 10pm. Racers are allowed to start any time after 9pm, with the idea that they are to estimate their pace the best they can in order to finish right after the stroke of 10pm. Contestants will not be allowed to wear watches, carry phones or use other technical equipment during the run that could be used to estimate pace (fitbits, pedometers, etc.)
Contestants will also be required to wear headlamps and reflective/high visibility clothing during the run for safety. The route will be:
Starting from the lower parking lot, out in front of the school, left onto King Road, then left onto Academy Road, right onto Manley Road, left onto Main Street, left (straight) onto Willard Road, left onto Ashby Road, left onto River Road, left onto Currier Road, left onto Turnpike Road (Rt 124) and then left into the Boynton parking lot to finish where you started.
