The IceSpike Thanksgiving Run at ConVal on Thursday Nov 25th is an informal "get there and
go” run. There is no group start. Come anytime from 10:00 -11:00.
Bring some friends or family and enjoy a safe run. Work up an appetite!!!

WE ASK THAT YOU BRING A NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEM FOR THE LOCAL FOOD BANK.

There will be a raffle jar for your name/info, to win some IceSpikes. There will be available
coffee and bagels after your run.

Starting and ending at the Conval High School. The Southfield Rd, bike trail, Hunt Rd loop is a nice 3 mile run/walk. Join some family or friends to head off at any point to do the loop at your own pace. Runners are advised to wear appropriate shoes, bright apparel and beware of traffic!
